What is Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?

Who is eligible for Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?
If you’re new to Proton or have a free or paid subscription to a single Proton product (Pass, Mail, VPN, or Drive Plus), you’re eligible to purchase Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime.
You’re also eligible if you have a paid subscription to a Proton Unlimited, Proton Duo, or Proton Visionary plan.
The Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime plan is for individuals, meaning you can’t switch to a Lifetime plan from a plan with multiple users, such as Pass Family, Proton Family, or any of our business plans (Essentials, Professional, and Proton Business Suite.) However, you can be a member of a plan with multiple users and have your own separate Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime plan (for example, you could be on your parents Proton Family plan and have your own Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime plan).
Is there a renewal price for Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?
Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime does not renew. After paying the one-time fee, you get access forever.
Can I cancel Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?
As the plan doesn’t renew, there’s no way to change or cancel Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime. But you can cancel and request a refund within 30 days of purchase as part of our normal 30-day money-back guarantee (see below).
Can I ask for a refund on Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?

Can I combine Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime with other plans, such as Mail Plus, VPN Plus, Drive Plus, etc.?
Yes. Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime is available with every Proton plan unless it covers multiple users (see eligibility restrictions above).
If you already have a paid Proton Plan and want to upgrade, you can use the following steps:
- Follow this link and select Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime.
- Log in to your Proton Pass account, select Upgrade (next to Settings ⚙ in the bottom right corner of your screen), then select Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime.
What will happen to my existing subscription when I get Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime?
If you have Pass Plus and you switch to Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime, we will cancel your Plus subscription and give you prorated credit to cover any time remaining on the canceled plan. You can use these credits to pay for an additional Proton service, such as Drive or VPN, but not a Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime subscription.
Once you’ve purchased Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime, you won’t ever have to pay for Proton Pass or SimpleLogin again.
Nothing will change about your access to features or to the data you already have stored in Pass.
If you currently have a paid Proton plan (for example, Mail Plus, Drive Plus, VPN Plus, Proton Unlimited, Proton Duo, or Visionary) and you get Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime, nothing will change about your existing plan. It will renew at the normal price on your renewal date.
Are there any discounts on the Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime offer?
This offer can’t be combined with any other coupon or discount.
Can I add users while on Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime so they can take advantage of the features as well?
Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime is a single user plan. We offer Pass Family and business plans for those who’d like to protect multiple users.
What happens if I downgrade to a Free plan by mistake? Can I take advantage of the offer again?
There’s no way to downgrade from Pass + SimpleLogin Lifetime. But if you think there’s a problem with your account, please contact us anytime.
